Flipsavora is a web flashcard service with personal decks, supported Anki/CSV/TSV imports, spaced repetition, units, tags, account synchronisation, four virtual companion species, growth and virtual furnishings. The currently published language catalogue contains 1,500 cards in 25 packs for English, Spanish, French, Italian and Japanese. The scope displayed when purchasing applies. We do not promise a particular learning outcome or language qualification. Virtual coins have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed and are not sold separately.
Account and trial
Sign in with Google, protect your account and use only content you have the right to use. Your personal content remains yours; we process it to operate the service. Each account can explicitly start one seven-day trial without payment details. It does not automatically become a paid subscription. After the trial, studying requires a subscription; cards and progress remain stored.
Prices and purchase
Monthly: €3.99 per month. Annual: €24.99 per year, charged annually in advance. The approximate €2.08 monthly equivalent is not a monthly instalment. Displayed final prices include applicable taxes. Available payment methods are shown in Stripe Checkout. Selecting a plan opens Checkout; the paid contract is concluded only through its final payment-obligation order. The paid period starts upon purchase and access is activated after the subscription/payment status is confirmed. Purchases are blocked during an active free trial.
Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews for the selected month or year until cancelled. Stop renewal at any time through “Manage subscription” in Settings or “Cancel subscription”. There is no additional cancellation notice period before the end of the current billing period. Access remains available until that period ends. Statutory termination and withdrawal rights remain unaffected. Deleting your account does not itself cancel a subscription. Failed payment may suspend studying after valid access expires, without automatically deleting your data.
Consumer withdrawal
You may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of entering the paid contract. The seven-day trial does not replace this right. Send a clear statement to Florian Pichler / Amber Skies Publishing at the address or email above, or use “Withdraw from contract”. Sending your statement before the deadline preserves the time limit.
Following a valid withdrawal, payments will be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your statement, normally using the original payment method and without an additional refund fee. We do not charge proportionate compensation for access during these first 14 days. Starting to use Flipsavora does not waive this withdrawal right.

Statutory rights and changes
Statutory consumer, warranty and damages rights remain unaffected. Required security and functionality updates will be provided. Changes to ongoing digital services are made only within applicable legal requirements, including required notices and statutory termination rights. Technical interruptions cannot be excluded. Personal exports complement cloud synchronisation.
Applicable law
Austrian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections of your habitual residence. Statutory jurisdiction rights remain unaffected. Questions or complaints: support@amberskies-publishing.de.
