Your account and learning data
Google sign-in provides an account identifier, email address and available profile details such as your name and picture. We do not receive your Google password or access your Gmail messages or Google files. We process cards, decks, units, tags, study history, repetition schedules, preferences, language, companion state, inventory, coins and trial/subscription entitlement to provide and synchronise the service (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Avoid entering sensitive information about other people.
Hosting and providers
Hostinger hosts the website and may process IP addresses, access times, requested files, browser details and technical logs for delivery, security and troubleshooting (Article 6(1)(f)). Supabase provides authentication, the database and server functions. The database region is London, United Kingdom (eu-west-2), outside the EU. International processing is subject to applicable adequacy decisions or provider contractual safeguards. Providers may use subprocessors for infrastructure, security and support.
Payments
Stripe Checkout collects payment details directly. We do not store complete payment card numbers. We receive customer/subscription identifiers, plan, status and billing-period information to perform the contract and meet legal obligations (Articles 6(1)(b) and (c)). Stripe also processes certain data for its own legal and security purposes.
Browser storage
Cards, preferences and sign-in state are stored on your device for operation and synchronisation. This is necessary storage, not advertising tracking. Flipsavora does not embed advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Exports and backups are saved where you choose.
Retention and requests
Withdrawal, cancellation and support requests include the contact and contract details you submit. Account data is normally retained while your account exists. You can delete your account in Settings; cancel an active subscription first. Records subject to statutory retention obligations are retained separately for the applicable period. Account deletion does not remove downloads or local backups on other devices. Technical backups expire through the provider backup rotation.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. You can withdraw consent for future processing. Contact support@amberskies-publishing.de. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
