Withdraw from contract / Cancel subscription

Submit a withdrawal statement or cancel renewal without signing in. For immediate cancellation of renewal, you can also use “Manage subscription” in the app.

Your statement will be stored with a receipt timestamp. A text receipt is available immediately for saving; a copy is also sent by email when the mail service accepts it. Refunds and account matching are processed by support.
